Chief Executive Officer & Director
Oren is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of International Medical Cannabis (IMC) and one of Israel’s prominent experts in the field of medical cannabis. Oren brings more than two decades of proven entrepreneurial experience in founding and growing companies in the med-tech and technology/software industries where healthcare, patient care, technology and innovation intersect.
Prior to IMC, Oren co-founded a small start-up, E-wave, bringing his vision to build a global tech company that provides software solutions for enterprises in digital, IT, HR, and medical technologies. Today, E-wave is a global software house that employs 1,000 professionals with operations in the U.S., Canada, Brazil, India and Israel.
In addition to his entrepreneurial track-record, Oren also held executive positions at a number of companies within the telecom and digital media industries.

Vivian Bercovici served as Canada’s Ambassador to Israel from January, 2014 through June, 2016, having been appointed by then Prime Minister Stephen Harper. She quickly established a reputation as a highly engaged, articulate and personable diplomat and an effective advocate for the strong Canada-Israel relationship.
Before that Vivian practiced law for more than 20 years in Toronto, specializing in media defence and financial services regulatory law. She also represented the Government of Canada in various high-profile land claim negotiations with First Nations.
Throughout her legal career, Vivian was involved in a broad range of community organizations and has served on several Boards, including the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.
Since serving as Ambassador, Vivian has continued to reside in Tel Aviv and has shifted her professional focus to writing and independent business consulting.
She is a regular columnist on the Middle East in Commentary magazine, the National Post (Canadian daily newspaper) and The Jerusalem Post and elsewhere.
Vivian loves great food, fine wine, cycling, swimming, all water sports, tennis, travelling and Canadian nature. She speaks Hebrew very well.
Doron is an experienced specialist in farm management operating in agriculture since 1975.
Doron advised Israeli companies on greenhouse construction and management in international projects, and headed cultivation and operation for a US organic agriculture corporation in California and Mexico. Since 2013 he has been back in Israel overseeing cultivation and production for IMC.
Chief Financial Officer
Shai is an experienced CFO, with nearly 15 years of experience in various industries such as Construction, Renewable energy, Pharmaceutical, and Services.
Shai has gained extensive knowledge working as the CFO of Sadyt and IVM, a Spanish-Israeli consortium that built the multi-million Ashdod Desalination plant in Israel. Prior to that, Shai was working as a Financial controller for the Israeli branch of Boston Scientific and as Supervisor auditor in PWC.
Shai holds a CPA diploma, an MBA from IE Business School and A triple major BA in Accounting- Business Management and Economics from the Tel Aviv university.
General Counsel & Business Manager
Ms. Harrosh is an experienced lawyer, with extensive training in commercial and civil litigation as well as corporate law and contracts in two major Israeli law firms. Over the past five years, Ms. Harrosh has applied her commercial expertise as legal advisor and deputy CEO of Promarket, a leading Israel media group. Ms. Harrosh graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Law of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Ms. Harrosh has served as Business and Compliance Manager of IMC since 2018 on a full-time basis.
Ben has over 10 years of experience in business development in the consumer
goods and entertainment industries in the USA and in management of
construction projects in Israel.
A Civil Engineer, experienced in various aspects of cannabis production, working in IMC for the past 5 years.
Ben focuses on developing business in emerging cannabis market in Europe and Latin America.
Steven Mintz, C.A., is a financial consultant in a variety of industries including mining, oil and gas, real estate, and cannabis. He is currently the President of St. Germain Capital Corp., a private consulting and investment firm, as well as Principal and CFO at Minkids Group, a family investment and real estate development company.
Steve’s experience spans a variety of financial and management areas of expertise from accounting in large firms to bankruptcy and insolvency. He obtained his C.A. designation in 1992 and Trustee in Bankruptcy license in 1995. Steve currently serves as a director at several public companies.
Mr. Lustig holds MSc and MBA degrees for McGill university. He began his professional career in the pharmaceutical industry at Merc& Co.
In 2000, he started his capital markets career in institutional equity research in the Life Sciences sector at Orion Securities.
For the next 14 years, Mr. Lustig worked as a senior producer at GMP Securities L.P. and as Head of Capital Markets before becoming Principal at KES 7 capital.

CEO and co-founder of Ewave group
Rafi Gabay co-founded Ewave Group in 1999 with his long-time business partner, Oren Shuster. In a few years’ time, the group became the leading web integrator in Israel, and has developed numerous self-service, e-commerce, content and knowledge management systems for most of the leading corporations in Israel. Today, Ewave is an international group that employs 970 professionals, mainly in Israel and Brazil. Prior to founding Ewave, Rafi served as VP of Development and Production at BOX Interactive, a formerly leading web solutions provider. Rafi holds a B.A. in Law and Business Management from The College of Management.
