IM Cannabis Common Shares Expected to Begin Trading on NASDAQ on March 1, 2021

Toronto, Canada; Glil Yam, Israel - February 25, 2021 - IM Cannabis Corp. (the "Company" or "IMC") (CSE:IMCC), a multi-country operator ("MCO") in the medical cannabis sector with operations in Israel and Germany, is pleased to announce that the Company's application to list its common shares on the NASDAQ Capital Market ("NASDAQ") has been approved. The Company's common shares (the "Common Shares") are expected to begin trading on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol "IMCC" on March 1, 2021.
