Resignation of a Director

On July 26, 2026, Mr. Alon Dayan notified the board of directors of IM Cannabis Corp. (the “Company”) of his resignation from his position as a member of the board of directors, effective July 26, 2026. Mr. Dayan’s resignation was not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.

Press Release

On July 27, 2026, the Company issued a press release titled: “IM Cannabis Provides Corporate Update”. A copy of this press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
