Moti Marcus

Moti Marcus is the current CEO of Packer Quality Materials, one of the largest companies in Israel for the sale and processing of special and unique metals. Mr. Marcus has a strong track record in CFO roles, management, and mergers and acquisitions. He has sat on the boards of several institutions and is a member of the Israel Ministry of Finance "Team of Select Directors." He holds an MBA from Bar Ilan University and a B.A. in accounting and economics from Bar Ilan and Tel Aviv Universities.

Brian Schinderle

Brian is the founder and managing partner of Solidum Capital Advisors LLC, an advisory, merchant banking, and investing platform established to work with emerging companies in the cannabis industry. Brian brings to the IMC board a deep history and successful track record in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and strategy as well as a keen understanding of the cannabis sector.

As the former Executive Vice President – Finance of Grassroots Cannabis, Brian was directly involved in the negotiation and closing of the merger between Grassroots Cannabis and Curaleaf Holdings, which stands as one of the largest M&A transactions in the history of the US cannabis space. The merger he helped orchestrate created the largest cannabis company in the US, with a vertically integrated business across 21 states.

Prior to founding Solidum in 2017, Brian spent over 20 years in investment management, primarily investing in fixed income and equity assets via hedge funds, private equity, and discretely managed funds. He has been an active private and public investor across the cannabis space and serves on the advisory boards of New York-based and cannabis-focused Altitude Investments and AIM PLC, a London-based investment company focused on EU cannabis opportunities. Brian also serves on various boards of directors and advisory boards, including Bazelet Americas, Total Loans Company, and the Wilmette Theatre Education Project.
