In 2015 Mr. Lustig founded CannaRoyalty Corp. (Origin House). As the Chairman/CEO of Origin House, he spearheaded the 2020 landmark merger of the company with Cresco Labs Inc., one of U.S.’s largest multistate cannabis operators. He began his professional career in the pharmaceutical industry at Merck & Co. In 2000, he started his capital markets career in institutional equity research in the Life Sciences sector at Orion Securities. For the next 14 years, Mr. Lustig worked at GMP Securities L.P. and as Head of Capital Markets at Dundee Capital Markets before becoming a Principal at KES7 Capital. Marc holds MSc and MBA degrees from McGill University.

One of Israel’s prominent experts in the field of medical cannabis, Oren brings more than two decades of proven entrepreneurial experience in founding and growing companies in the med-tech and technology/software industries.
Prior to IMC, Oren co-founded E-wave with a vision to create an international tech company that provides software solutions for enterprises in digital, IT, HR, and medical technologies. His vision was realized fully and today, E-wave is a global software house that employs 1,000 professionals with operations in the U.S., Canada, Brazil, India, and Israel.
In addition to a tremendously successful entrepreneurial track-record, Oren has held executive positions at companies within the telecom and digital media industries.
Haleli is the co-founder and senior partner at BFP & Co law firm. She has over 20 years’ experience advising Israeli and international companies on a wide range of complex cross-border corporate and technology transactions.
Among the clients Haleli counsels are Fortune 500 companies, investment funds, and several prominent early stage Israeli startups and growth companies from various sectors including, enterprise software, cyber, fintech, biotech, cannabis, and digital-health.
Haleli also brings a wealth of experience and successful track record in the private equity sector. She is the co-founder and General Partner of Cerca Partners, a Venture Capital that invests in tech companies. To date, some of Cerca Partners’ notable portfolio exits and IPOs include Adallom (acquired by Microsoft), Datorama (acquired by Salesforce), Armis (acquired by Insight Partners), Ravello (acquired by Oracle), Demisto (acquired by Palo Alto Networks), Dynamic Yield (acquired by McDonalds), and Fiverr which went public on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: FVRR).
Haleli holds an LLB degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is a member of the Israel Bar Association.
Vivian Bercovici served as Canadian Ambassador to Israel from 2014 and 2016, appointed by Prime Minister Stephen Harper. During her tenure, she quickly established a reputation as a highly engaged, articulate, and personable diplomat and an effective advocate for the strong Canada-Israel relationship.
Before that Vivian practiced law for more than twenty years in Toronto, specializing in defamation and financial services regulation. She also represented the Government of Canada in various high-profile land claim negotiations with First Nations. Throughout her legal career, Vivian was involved in a broad range of community organizations and served on several Boards, including the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.
More recently, Vivian has shifted her professional focus to writing and independent consulting to tech-related businesses in Israel and overseas.
Vivian is a regular columnist on the Middle East in several publications in Israel, the U.S., and Canada. She resides in Tel Aviv but returns to Canada for its perfect summers.
Brian is the founder and managing partner of Solidum Capital Advisors LLC, an advisory, merchant banking, and investing platform established to work with emerging companies in the cannabis industry. Brian brings to the IMC board a deep history and successful track record in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and strategy as well as a keen understanding of the cannabis sector.
As the former Executive Vice President – Finance of Grassroots Cannabis, Brian was directly involved in the negotiation and closing of the merger between Grassroots Cannabis and Curaleaf Holdings, which stands as one of the largest M&A transactions in the history of the US cannabis space. The merger he helped orchestrate created the largest cannabis company in the US, with a vertically integrated business across 21 states.
Prior to founding Solidum in 2017, Brian spent over 20 years in investment management, primarily investing in fixed income and equity assets via hedge funds, private equity, and discretely managed funds. He has been an active private and public investor across the cannabis space and serves on the advisory boards of New York-based and cannabis-focused Altitude Investments and AIM PLC, a London-based investment company focused on EU cannabis opportunities. Brian also serves on various boards of directors and advisory boards, including Bazelet Americas, Total Loans Company, and the Wilmette Theatre Education Project.
